I arrive 30-60 minutes early, cover the complete program, and you receive the final gallery within 48 hours.
Frequently asked questions about 2026 event photography
How early should I book?
For 2026, I recommend booking 8-12 weeks in advance. Popular dates (April-June, September, October) are often reserved 4+ months ahead. Short-notice inquiries (under 2 weeks) are possible but not guaranteed.
Are the images tax-deductible?
Yes — event photography for companies is fully deductible as marketing and documentation expense in Austria. You receive an invoice with itemized VAT for your accounting.
What usage rights do I get?
Unlimited time and geographic usage for all company purposes: website, social media, print, presentations, internal communications. The images become a permanent part of your brand library.
The only restriction: no resale of the images (no selling to third parties).
Do you also shoot outside Vienna?
Yes — across Austria and internationally. Travel and accommodation are transparently billed based on actual cost (and communicated upfront).
Can you also produce video?
No, but I work with video partners in Vienna whom I can refer. Parallel production at the same event is straightforward.
What about GDPR and consent forms?
I strictly follow GDPR. For events with public character (keynotes, large conferences), standard rules apply. For internal events, we discuss during briefing what consent forms are needed.
