Photographer for Architecture & Industry in Vienna
High-quality architecture and industrial photography makes the impact of buildings, production sites and their interiors visible and supports companies in their communication. Whether it's documenting construction phases, presenting company locations or staging special subjects such as data centres – precise, authentic images build trust and underline professionalism.
More than wide-angle shots from a tripod
With the right visual language we don't just put locations in the spotlight – we tell the story behind them, from the architectural vision to the industrial use. The result is images that go far beyond mere documentation and convey emotion and identity.
Why commission professional industry & architecture photos?
High-quality architecture photography is far more than pure documentation – it's a powerful communication tool. Whether for brochures, annual reports, recruiting campaigns or large-format presentations at trade fairs and events: strong images make your company visible and convey professionalism. Online too – on your website, in press articles or on social media – they create recognition and trust.
Every shot is carefully post-processed and delivered in high quality and resolution. Access is convenient via a private, password-protected online gallery.
Construction documentation: Foto Arsenal Wien takes shape
From the first walk-through in October 2023 to the opening on 21 March 2025, I documented the conversion of Foto Arsenal Wien – for more than a year and a half, returning every few weeks. In that time a brick hall in Vienna's Arsenal became an exhibition house for photography: stripped out, propped up, reinforced and poured, wired and insulated, with the topping-out ceremony in April 2024 as a milestone along the way.
I'm not only after the big overviews but the traces in between: a column marked “bleibt” (it stays), footprints in the dust, gloves at the end of a shift, sparks from a grinder. These details are what later show how much work went into a building – for clients, architects and the venue's own communication. You can see the finished house in my post on the opening.
Planning a renovation or a new build? Documenting the site at fixed intervals gives you a steady stream of images for your website, social media and press – and a complete chronicle of the project at the end. Get in touch.
The finished house: FOTO WIEN, October 2025
During the FOTO WIEN festival in October 2025 I then photographed Foto Arsenal in operation: the exhibition “Science/Fiction – A Non-History of Plants”, the Book Days, the bar, visitors in the courtyard – the same rooms I had first seen as a building site.
In use: the Foto Arsenal newsletter
The photos from the opening keep working: Foto Arsenal uses them in its newsletter, set into the house’s own design. That is exactly what pictures like these are made for – not for a drawer, but for ongoing communication.

Exhibition architecture: Mimmo Jodice at Udine Castle
For me, architecture photography also means showing spaces that exist for only a few months. For the retrospective “Mimmo Jodice. L'enigma della luce” at Udine Castle, white, house-shaped structures were set into the castle's frescoed halls – some 140 images from 1964 to 2015, shown in an architecture of sightlines and thresholds.
Museums and curators need installation views like these for press, catalogues and their own archive – long after the walls have come down again. More on the exhibition in my blog post.
Trade fair stands: architecture for a few days
A trade fair stand is architecture too – built for three days. For the stand builder PRO EXPO I photograph stands in Vienna before the fair opens: empty, cleanly lit, with every detail of the design. The stands in use and more on my page about conferences and trade fairs.
