Conference photographer in Vienna
A conference is a year of preparation compressed into one or two days. Afterwards you need pictures that show it: the keynote, the full hall, the panel discussion, the conversations in the break – for the follow-up report, the website, LinkedIn, the sponsors and the invitation to next year's edition.
Since 2013 I have photographed conferences, congresses and symposia in Vienna – at the Konzerthaus, the City Hall, Messe Wien and Austria Center Vienna, among others for the Willem C. Vis Moot, the World Branding Awards, Nagarro and symposia of Austria's social insurance institutions.
What I photograph at your conference
Keynotes and the stage
Speakers in action, with slides and audience in the frame – not just a portrait at the lectern.
Panels and Q&A
The discussion, the questions from the floor, the reactions – what makes a conference come alive.
Venue and audience
The full hall, the branding, the room from above: pictures that show the scale of your event.
Networking and breaks
Conversations over coffee, business cards, laughter – the moments many people actually come for.
Sponsors and partners
Logos, stands and sponsor appearances, so you can deliver what you promised your partners.
Speaker portraits
On request, short portraits on the sidelines of the programme, for the press kit and the follow-up report.
From my conferences
Images while the conference is still running
On request I send a selection during the day, so your social media team can post right away – and a teaser in the evening for the follow-up report. The curated gallery follows within three working days, with full commercial usage rights. Every shot is backed up twice on site.
What belongs on the photo list before the first speaker takes the stage is in my conference photography shot list.
Prices
Conferences are booked at the same fixed prices as all events, all prices excl. VAT:
- Half day · up to 4 hours € 650
- Full day · up to 8 hours € 1,290
- Complete package · up to 10 hours € 1,649
Multi-day congresses or a second photographer/videographer are welcome on request. What each package includes is on my page as event photographer in Vienna.
What clients say
How I work in the room
You barely notice me
I move quietly through the room and keep my distance as long as I can. After a few minutes your guests forget the camera – and that is when the images with real glances and emotions happen.
Nobody gets rushed
Even on a packed schedule I stay calm. A group photo or a quick portrait in between takes a smile, a short word and thirty seconds.
You don't have to look after me
A short briefing is enough. I know how conferences, galas and company events run and where I need to be when – so your attention stays with your guests.
Why this matters as much as the camera is in the guide More than a camera: the human side of event photography.
Your conference in pictures?
Send me the date, venue and programme. I'll check availability, suggest the right package and send you a clear fixed price.

And trade fairs?
I photograph trade fair stands too – the stand empty before the fair opens and busy with visitors, the products in detail and the conversations with customers. More on my page about brand and corporate photography.
For the Barcelona stand builder PRO EXPO I have photographed stands at congresses in Vienna since 2018 – most recently for Vitalograph, Grifols and Fisher & Paykel at the ERS Congress 2024 and for Nobel Biocare in 2025.
